Now you can practice interest-based negotiation by talking or chatting with an AI. Each scenario will describe the opposing positions and the interests underlying your position. Try to:
- Ask your colleague questions to understand the interests behind their position, and explain your interests to them
- Brainstorm with your colleague to find solutions that accommodate all interests

You and Rachel are at odds over the office temperature controls. While you prefer setting the temperature to 75°F, Rachel wants it at 68°F. You prefer a higher setting because you sit under the AC vent and tend to get joint pains from the cold air.
Your colleague's interests: "I need to maintain a professional appearance in client meetings and get uncomfortable when it's warm."
Possible solution(s): Switch spots with Rachel so you're not directly under the vent
